Entre as medidas mais faladas est\u00e1 a redu\u00e7\u00e3o do IVA para 6% em determinadas empreitadas habitacionais e novos incentivos fiscais para arrendamento e habita\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00f3pria permanente.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Uma das altera\u00e7\u00f5es entretanto introduzidas elimina a obriga\u00e7\u00e3o de devolver o benef\u00edcio do IVA reduzido caso o comprador mude de casa antes de um ano, algo que inicialmente estava previsto e que gerou preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o no setor.
